Marketing Analyst – Major Brand Agency

 

HireMinds is partnering with a Boston ad agency on their search for a Marketing Analyst. This role will collaborate across teams to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business dynamics, market trends, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare and QA clean, integrated datasets, identifying data anomalies.
  • Develop reports and insights to inform strategy and real-time optimization.
  • Present analytical findings to internal teams and clients.
  • Work with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and statistical methods (e.g., regression analysis, testing).
  • Support data pipeline development and integration of media, web, and customer data.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing analytics, research, or related fields (internship or full-time).
  • Strong problem solver with a data-driven mindset and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing analytics or a related field.
