Marketing Analyst – Major Brand Agency
HireMinds is partnering with a Boston ad agency on their search for a Marketing Analyst. This role will collaborate across teams to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business dynamics, market trends, and campaign performance.
- Prepare and QA clean, integrated datasets, identifying data anomalies.
- Develop reports and insights to inform strategy and real-time optimization.
- Present analytical findings to internal teams and clients.
- Work with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and statistical methods (e.g., regression analysis, testing).
- Support data pipeline development and integration of media, web, and customer data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing analytics, research, or related fields (internship or full-time).
- Strong problem solver with a data-driven mindset and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, analytics tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing analytics or a related field.
