Investor Relations Operations Coordinator

OVERVIEW:
The company seeks a detail-oriented individual to join its Client Experience and Transactions team in the Investor Relations group as an operations coordinator focused on investments by firm insiders. Members of Investor Relations perform both marketing and client experience functions for current and prospective investors in the firm’s investment products. WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
You’ll primarily be responsible for the provision of daily client experience and transaction processing to internal stakeholders and service providers by email and phone. You’ll also manage and implement projects to support the team’s operational infrastructure, especially in areas of data integrity and regulatory compliance. You’ll ensure top-tier client experience while processing fund transactions for the firm’s insider investors. You’ll collaborate with a range of teams including Payroll, Tax, Legal, and Compliance.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• A bachelor’s degree is required, as is three to five years of experience providing administrative or operational support.
• We welcome applicants from all academic and professional backgrounds. We neither expect nor require previous finance knowledge or experience.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly are all vital to this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A command of technology is required; fluency with Excel is preferred.
