eCommerce Manager (CRO)

Our client is a leading consumer brand with scientifically-proven skin care products and tools. Their products are highly reviewed with recognition from the beauty community.

We are looking for an eCommerce Web Manager to optimize user journeys on the website, enhancing digital marketing ROI through landing page development and improvement. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, curious, and ready to learn. This position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing.
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through creative and data-driven insights, utilizing A/B testing.
  • Lead the creation and launch of personalized landing pages to improve the buyer journey.
  • Develop a roadmap for hypothesis-driven testing to boost conversion rates.
  • Maximize efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct regular reviews of KPIs and report findings to the team.

Requirements

  • Expertise in optimizing landing pages and funnels with A/B testing and persuasive copywriting.
  • Experience working for a consumer eComm brand
  • Familiarity with tools like Next JS, Vercel, Builder.ioCMS, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong UI/UX knowledge for websites and applications.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team with shifting priorities.
