Your Role
- In this dynamic role, you will report to one of the leaders in R&D Corporate Affairs and focus on big-picture storytelling for various audiences. Think of it as an R&D Communications position, primarily responsible for communicating research (up to end phase 2b) and the supporting science in discovery across the organization. If you are an experienced product communicator with a solid grasp of science and R&D, this role could be a perfect match.
Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Develop and disseminate science content across internal and external channels.
- Social Media Strategy: Lead science communication on social media, tailoring campaigns for various platforms.
- Media Planning: Support media and investor relations with key scientific messages and global press releases.
- Internal Engagement: Implement internal communication programs to boost employee engagement and brand awareness.
- Leadership Support: Provide communications support, messaging frameworks, and coaching to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of communications experience from a pharma or biotech company OR a communications agency that supports clients in this industry
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug discovery and development process
- Proven experience delivering content-rich communication programs in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to create and adapt scientific content for diverse audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing and multi-channel social media campaigns
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Team collaboration skills with high personal accountability
- Strong analytical skills to present results and influence partners
- Bachelor’s degree
