Your Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate as a key member of the alliance and program management team, overseeing multiple pivotal partnerships and a diverse portfolio of programs, while establishing robust processes to bolster team and organizational success.
  • Lead interdisciplinary program teams, engaging stakeholders from research, nonclinical development, regulatory, CMC, and clinical development to formulate optimal drug development strategies.
  • Support cross-functional teams and stakeholders in driving technical and scientific discussions to define product profiles, integrated development plans, schedules, and budgets across internal and partnered programs.
  • Mobilize organizational alignment to facilitate informed decision-making and execute development strategies effectively.
  • Facilitate team meetings, document decisions, track milestones, critical paths, timelines, risks, and budgets alongside scientific and development leads.
  • Cultivate strong internal relationships, acting as a pivotal resource for program team members on portfolio strategy, project communications, scientific dialogues, issue management, and strategic planning.
  • Manage strategic alliances with pharmaceutical partners, ensuring alignment from discovery through clinical phases in fields such as neurology, oncology, and autoimmune diseases.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management regarding program strategy, progress updates, and timeline achievements.

 

You’ll Bring:

 

  • BS/MS degree in life sciences; advanced degree (Ph.D. or MBA) preferred.
  • More than 7 years of industry experience, including at least five years in a project/program management capacity in a growing Biotech setting preferably.
  • Profound knowledge of cross-functional drug development processes from preclinical stages to early clinical development, including GxP standards and experience with successfully drafting plans for an assisting with IND submissions and modules.
  • Demonstrated leadership prowess with a proven ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Project management tools (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Smartsheets).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including adeptness in presentation and facilitation.
  • Strong record-keeping abilities and acute attention to detail.

Salary Range: $185-225k with excellent bonus, 401k, and health/dental plan offerings for employees.
