Director of Amazon

We are looking for a driven and skilled Amazon Lead to elevate our e-commerce performance in the health and beauty category. The ideal candidate will use their expertise to optimize our brand’s presence, visibility, and sales potential on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Oversee and manage our Amazon Seller Central account with a strategic approach
  • Set up, optimize, and maintain inventory, shipping, and payment settings
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines

Product Listing Optimization

  • Create attractive and informative product listings tailored to beauty, health, and recovery products
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to enhance product visibility
  • Craft compelling product descriptions that highlight key benefits and features

Marketing and Advertising

  • Design and manage targeted advertising campaigns on Amazon’s advertising platforms
  • Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads
  • Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies to maximize ROI

Inventory and Sales Management

  • Implement efficient inventory management strategies
  • Forecast demand and manage product replenishment
  • Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities and trends
  • Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

Customer Engagement

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Manage and respond to customer reviews
  • Foster a positive brand reputation through exceptional customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts, ideally in beauty, health, or recovery product categories
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Marketplace dynamics
  • Advanced proficiency with Amazon Seller Central
  • Solid analytical skills for market research and sales data analysis
  • Expertise in optimizing product listings for maximum performance
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon advertising tools and strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Desired Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Drive
  • Experience with Amazon seller tools and third-party optimization software
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
