Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Oversee and manage our Amazon Seller Central account with a strategic approach
- Set up, optimize, and maintain inventory, shipping, and payment settings
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines
Product Listing Optimization
- Create attractive and informative product listings tailored to beauty, health, and recovery products
- Conduct detailed keyword research to enhance product visibility
- Craft compelling product descriptions that highlight key benefits and features
Marketing and Advertising
- Design and manage targeted advertising campaigns on Amazon’s advertising platforms
- Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads
- Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies to maximize ROI
Inventory and Sales Management
- Implement efficient inventory management strategies
- Forecast demand and manage product replenishment
- Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities and trends
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Customer Engagement
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage and respond to customer reviews
- Foster a positive brand reputation through exceptional customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts, ideally in beauty, health, or recovery product categories
- Strong understanding of Amazon Marketplace dynamics
- Advanced proficiency with Amazon Seller Central
- Solid analytical skills for market research and sales data analysis
- Expertise in optimizing product listings for maximum performance
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon advertising tools and strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
