Demand Generation Manager

Our client is a growing provider of high end hospitality services. They are looking for a talented Demand Generation Manager as they look to hit major growth milestones in 2024.

The right candidate will develop and execute digital campaigns spanning both consumers and businesses. The Demand Generation Manager will partner closely with sales and the broader marketing team to drive leads and develop new markets.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this is an onsite position within my client’s Braintree office. The salary range is $90,000-110,000. Apply today!

 

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and put in place customer acquisition strategies that improve and increase lead volume and quality

·       Oversee all marketing demand generation activities based on defined pipeline and efficiency goals

·       Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing and executive teams to devote proper resources to meet demand generation goals

·       Develop and refine a lead scoring model to optimize sales resources

·       Ensure campaign content follows all brand guidelines and drives a strong brand experience

·       Leverage AI and other technologies to build efficiencies

·       Analyze market trends, championing new strategies and tactics to promote the brand

·       Report out on metrics and results on a daily and weekly basis

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       5+ years of B2C / B2B demand generation experience

·       Experience managing a variety of marketing channels (CRM, paid media, social), creating campaigns to emphasize awareness, lead generation and conversion

·       Track record of data oriented decision-making, optimizing campaigns based on performance

·       Hands-on knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot, and Salesforce preferred

·       Excellent communication skills
