Business Development Lead

Our client is a leading advertising, digital marketing and communications agency looking to build on its success by expanding further as well as grow into new verticals. They are looking for a business development and client engagement lead to drive this expansion.

The successful candidate will take a consultative approach to sales, helping to develop and build the types of relationships that are so crucial to the agency’s success. This is a high visibility role working directly with the executive team. There will be big opportunity to make an impact on the business.

About the role:

  • Developing and implementing a new business strategy
  • Generating leads and nurturing existing prospects
  • Presenting to senior-level decision makers
  • Researching, developing and writing new business proposals
  • Working with cross-functional teams on RFP’s, presentations, pitches and follow up
  • Demonstrated passion for the business and continuing education in the space including participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations
