A leading global law firm is seeking a Billing Manager to oversee client invoicing, trust accounting, financial reporting, and process improvements. This role ensures compliance with firm policies, enhances efficiency, and supervises billing staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting functions, workflow, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, trust account oversight, and financial data analysis.
  • Develop reports and insights to support financial decisions.
  • Assist with audits, 1099 reporting, and historical client accounting inquiries.
  • Oversee eBilling, deposits, and accounts payable processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and staff training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in management (law firm experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, general ledger, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.

Compensation

$117,000 – $176,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
