In this role you will:
- Serve as a consultant and champion for your client’s goals
- Understand and influence various digital marketing efforts from website redesign/build to paid media and marketing campaigns, including content creation
- Ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Build trust and rapport with clients to promote growth and retention
- Proactively problem solve and escalate account challenges when necessary
- Manage the discovery and research phases of projects
- Manage projects from concept to execution and delivery
- Participate in new business pitch development
