Senior PHP Developer - eCommerce

My client is a 4-year-old, 100% profitable, technology driven consumer goods company in Boston. They produce a ground-breaking products and their executive team represents the best of their industry. They are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to take ownership of the e-commerce systems, both on their own site as well as integrating with various APIs including Amazon, EBay and PayPal. This is an opportunity to join their fast growing Digital group, and will be the cornerstone of an expanding web development group. To qualify for consideration, you must have:

Required Qualifications:

-A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

-Experience in the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environment, with extensive proficiency with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, XML, and CSS

-Proficiency with strong database schema design and best database practices

-A self-starting work ethic with the ability to work both independently and in teams

-Exceptional attention to detail, organization and time management

Preferred Qualifications:

-Proficiency with in-depth data mining, data analytics, data manipulation and reporting

-Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) coding methodologies

-Experience leading and mentoring junior developers
